WOW. youve come a long way.

Wow you really have come a long way from your original songs, this song really has a very good feel, and the song itself flows together very well. two thumbs up.

Beautiful.

Beautiful, simply beautiful, i loved the clarity. you did a really good job on this one.

Setu-Firestorm responds:

Thank you. I hated that I had to compress it to a lower bitrate just to post it here, but if you want, there's a high-quality version downloadable on my iSound profile at:

Thanks for the review.

ARRRrrrgh another crappy recording!!!!

Seriously, I don't care if you havent got time, spend time to record this stuff properly so tha it doesn't sound like a screaching cat, i mean the songs and theyre melodys are great but i can't listen to them because of the massive treble, what did you do take away all the bass even on full its still full of treble.
RECORD PROPERLY, then youll be good, if not reallly good, im serious

Good.. very good

Finish this song its sounding good. Just a few things... first is, clear up the strumming a bit, make it smoother so that you can hear the pick on it less. add some background to it as well, perpaps a drum or some such. a few instruments would be even better.
Oh yes and make the ryhthm more smooth, its a bit jerky right now.
but overall apart from these things the song isnt bad.

Thanks for the review!

Beautiful

Very, Very impressive for an orchestrated piece. All the pieces come out clearly and... YES!!! Finally someone who understands the concept of weaving and blending your music to make a beautiful whole! top marks mate. perhaps few vocals if you can put them in... by that i mean solos not choirs. That would make it sound perfect.

SuperTonic64 responds:

Thanks Krayon! :D

I believe that the ensemble should work together, not separately, to create music. I'm glad you've taken notice to this. :)

Anywho, I have a nice boy/ahh choir that could work nicely, but the problem is...I lost all my files on my old computer, and this is one of them. :P So I will rewrite the entire thing and extend it, too. :D

Thanks for the review! ^_^

Clear and good.

Im sure ive heard this techno tune before though im not accusing yuou of plagairism. Its good, although a bit more drums and bass would help. try adding mroe background to it. weave as I like to say. weave your creations so that the individual parts come together and separate to make a beautiful whole.

not bad but....

hmmm this is hard to place. its very repetitive although i like the 'vocals' if you can call them that. Don't try to synthesise vocals unless you can make them realistic. Get real life recording if you can. Very broad feeling in general but you can have made it more clear with some more indtruments, heavy drums and strong echoes are very good for the feeling. A little less continuous as well. If you did a strong expplosive echo and then the vocals all together it would go well.
still its not bad though although not your best =)

Winterwind-NS responds:

Haha well, shows how much u know.
not to be too rude but the 'vocals' isnt synthesised. That choir/orchestra recording was a sample from an immediate music composition.
Rocky and I did our best, since the Mac isnt over till the end of April (which i didnt know...) We're defintely gonna edit this.
Our first time at DrumNBass :)

thanks for the review

pretty good

this is pretty good i liked it. you could have added more instruments and taken out the synthesised stuff but otherwise its pretty good. a nice background tune that is relevant to the title.

Swift-Reason responds:

I was actually trying to decide what instrument to use for the melody but couldn't find anything i liked enough so I went with what you hear. I think it adds a certain element to the piece. Thanks for the review!

very good feel

I liked the way you started off with the straight beat and then went into the melody, it was really good. a bit more diversity in the instruments and youll have a perfect song.

MaestroRage responds:

I will try to do that! Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it! I apologize for the very very late response! *It is April 10th... or 9th for this response to those who care :(*

It could make PRO.

Amazing... absolutely amzing... a great feeling of depth and desolation. This song is one of my favourites but it has a few flaws which can be straightened out, first the vocals unless im incorrect are too vague and unclear, they're mushy if you know what I mean, if you can't simulate the choir then get some people to sing for you females are the best and have single vocals instead of choir. ALso a bit more orchestrals, more string backing to come in at certain intervals and blend in and out; sort of like weaving... you make things come in and go out with an absolutely stunning effect believe me. If you do this you can make this song fit for a film or professional class music track.=)

I'm a Christian, and I'm perfectly willing to debate theology if you want.
